***UPDATE: We tried the hibachi upon revisit and it was delicious. I do not recommend the Poke bowl. They oddly include peas, and they tasted frozen.*** Stopped by to try this newly opened location. Was a great lunch. We only tried the sushi today and the lunch menu was wide with plenty of options, including Hibachi. Currently lunch includes both soup and salad, most places give you the choice of one or the other. Both were good, although the miso slices were small. The sushi was great. The fish tasted fresh and not frozen. The rice was seasoned well and the presentation was very nice. The lunch Chirashi is worth it. I would order everything again. The service was good, as expected of a new location. Attentive and friendly. Overall, I was impressed. There's not a lot of good sushi in town and in my opinion, Saga offers the best in Mount Dora. Hopefully, they maintain this level of quality. I'll be back!

We came in for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy when we got there, though it did pickup by the time we were finishing. The service was excellent and our servers were knowledgeable and helpful. The food came out quickly and was excellent. Would definitely recommend for sushi and food from the kitchen!

Excellent menu with lots of wonderful selections. We tried the beef yaki soba and two of their sushi rolls. So many great rolls on the menu you'd need to return again and again in order to try them all. We loved our meal, everything was wonderful

Food was fantastic! Wasnt to busy on a Tuesday night but I heard they are very busy on the weekends. After trying the sushi I understand why. We had the Amazing Tuna Roll, Volcano roll, T rex Roll, Saga roll and then Cowboy Roll (this was a special). All perfectly done and alot of sushi for the price. They do not have alcohol as of yet but do not let that stop you from going! We will definitely be back...

Recently opened and we have been there twice, first for take out then for a sit down meal. The food is excellent and the restaurant is well kept. Services was wonderful, they accommodated my sushi loving 4 year old and made our meal fantastic. My husband is looking to order again as we speak! Our favorite sushi place within 20 minutes of our house.

Dayton took great care of me from the time of sitting down, during ordering process kept it honest of his top picks and even when food arrived continued to check in on my food and made sure everything was good. Did not rush me to pick and had a great professional customer service!! This plus food gave it the 5 stars and will definitely come back!! Veg gyoza, chicken tempura roll were my winners!!

Decided to try it out since the place looked new and we weren’t disappointed! Walking in, the place looks beautiful, clean, and organized. Service was great and full of smiles, even for as late as we went. We ended up getting two chicken hibachi bowls, chicken fried rice, and a spicy crunch tuna roll. The flavor was incredible, especially in the chicken fried rice (which was tossed with a blend of veggies). Presentation of the food was so pleasing! Will definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try something new.

The customer service was excellent! We were greeted like friends returning to a reoccurring neighborly family meal. It was actually our first time ever visiting Saga Fusion. They didn't disappoint. My favorite was the ginger duck wrap. They give healthy portions, so you're not starving when you leave. I appreciated everything about Saga Fusion. My family and I will be returning.
